The Whittier Way!

Do you live in Whittier Heights? Do your kids go to Whittier Elementary School? If you are a member of the Whittier Elementary community, and I help you buy or sell a home, I donate $500 of my commission, to the school — in your name!

My teenage kids no longer go to Whittier, but with my wife working there and us living right next door, I remain very involved and invested in the school. Since I sell a good amount of homes in the neighborhood, I feel this is a great way to give back and say thanks to all of the people and families I've grown to know and love!

Who is Whittier?

Before my kids started at the school, I always wondered who this famous Whittier person was. I'm sure you're dying to know, too!

John Greenleaf Whittier was an American Quaker poet and an Abolitionist in the 1800's. You can learn all about him HERE.
